Job Description
Lancet Laboratories is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their Client Services team in KZN. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information to clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, resolving queries and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones professionally and respond to customer enquiries.
Research information to ensure clients receive correct details.
Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisors.
Log all incoming calls and maintain accurate call history records.
Complete administrative functions for proper record keeping.
Comply with statistical requirements and quality standards.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data.
Salary: Market Related (Commensurate with experience)

Requirements
Education: Must have a valid Grade 12 (Matric) or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification.
Experience: 0 - 1 Years of relevant working experience (Entry-level).
Knowledge: Understanding of business processes and services.
Computer Skills: Must be Computer Literate.
