As a PXA Multimedia Design Intern, you will embark on a dynamic 6-month hybrid role, playing a pivotal part in transforming learning experiences into engaging, visually compelling content. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your creative skills in motion graphics, video production, and digital design within a fast-paced, innovative tech environment. You will be instrumental in creating high-quality content for our Learning Management System (LMS), various marketing channels, and diverse digital platforms. Your work will ensure every piece is not only visually appealing and on-brand but also meticulously designed with user experience (UX) and learner experience (LX) at its core. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Learning Designers, Marketing specialists, Product teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to produce multimedia content that significantly drives engagement, enhances understanding, and ultimately contributes to conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Design: Design and produce a wide array of multimedia content, including captivating videos, dynamic motion graphics, engaging animations, and essential digital assets. This involves conceptualizing visual narratives that align with learning objectives and marketing strategies.
- Learning & Marketing Content Development: Create compelling content specifically tailored for diverse learning experiences, impactful marketing campaigns, and comprehensive product education initiatives, ensuring clarity and effectiveness across all platforms.
- End-to-End Video Production Support: Provide comprehensive support and actively contribute across the full video production lifecycle. This includes:
- Pre-production: Assisting with storyboarding, providing scripting support, and meticulous planning to ensure a cohesive visual narrative.
- Post-production: Executing precise video editing, crafting immersive sound design, developing sophisticated motion graphics, and ensuring final delivery meets high-quality standards and technical specifications.
- UX/UI & Digital Design Contributions: Actively contribute to the design of web interfaces, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and interactive content. This includes developing intuitive layouts and engaging interactive elements.
- Prototyping & Concept Development: Create detailed mockups, functional prototypes, and innovative proof of concepts (POCs) to visualize and test design solutions, gathering feedback for iterative improvements.
- UX Best Practices Application: Apply established UX best practices to continuously enhance learner engagement and overall usability of digital content, ensuring an optimal and intuitive user journey.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders across different departments to thoroughly understand project requirements and consistently deliver on the defined scope of work (SOW), fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Iterative Design & Feedback Integration: Confidently present design ideas, actively solicit and integrate feedback, and maintain consistent alignment with project goals and brand guidelines throughout all stages of development.
