Job Description
Clicks Group, one of South Africa's leading health, beauty, and wellness retailers, is offering TVET in-service training internships for unemployed students who have completed their N6 qualification in business-related courses. This 18-month workplace training programme is your opportunity to complete your National Diploma while gaining hands-on experience inside one of the country's most recognised retail brands.
With over 850 stores across Southern Africa and a strong commitment to youth development, Clicks Group gives TVET interns structured exposure to real retail business operations — from administration and supply chain to customer service and stock management. Positions are available across three regions: Garden Route, Northern Cape, and Boland (Cape Winelands).
This internship is ideal for motivated young South Africans who are ready to turn their classroom learning into a professional career in retail.
Key Responsibilities
Complete 18 months of structured in-service workplace training
Support business administration, data capturing, and record management
Assist with stock control, inventory management, and supply chain processes
Gain exposure to customer service and retail operations
Participate in mentorship and skills development activities
Contribute to day-to-day functions within your assigned Clicks store or department

Requirements
Completed N6 Certificate in a Business-related field (Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Office Administration, or equivalent)
Must be an unemployed TVET college graduate requiring in-service training to complete your National Diploma
South African citizen
Strong communication skills in English (additional South African languages are an advantage)
Good organisational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and work in a retail environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transport to and from the internship location
