This 18-month workplace training programme is your opportunity to complete your National Diploma while gaining hands-on experience inside one of the country's most recognised retail brands.

With over 850 stores across Southern Africa and a strong commitment to youth development, Clicks Group gives TVET interns structured exposure to real retail business operations — from administration and supply chain to customer service and stock management. Positions are available across three regions: Garden Route, Northern Cape, and Boland (Cape Winelands).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 18 months of structured in-service workplace training

• Support business administration, data capturing, and record management

• Assist with stock control, inventory management, and supply chain processes

• Completed N6 Certificate in a Business-related field (Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Office Administration, or equivalent)

• Must be an unemployed TVET college graduate requiring in-service training to complete your National Diploma

• South African citizen

• Strong communication skills in English (additional South African languages are an advantage)

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a retail environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transport to and from the internship location
