Job Description
Tsebo Facilities Solutions, a subsidiary of the Tsebo Solutions Group β one of Africa's leading integrated workplace management companies operating across Catering, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Hygiene, Pest Control, Energy, Engineering, and Remote Camps services β is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for its Civil & Building Construction Learnership Programme 2026, based in Pretoria, Gauteng.
This learnership provides a structured, SETA-accredited learning programme combining both theoretical knowledge and hands-on, practical workplace exposure within Tsebo's facilities management and construction environment β leading to a nationally recognised and registered National Certificate in Civil & Building Construction (NQF Level 3).
The programme is specifically aimed at developing qualifying learners who are working in, or wish to enter, the construction sector as painters, tilers, plasterers, masons, joiners, carpenters, roofers β or who are self-employed as micro-enterprise owners providing services to construction contractors and members of the public.
Successful candidates will gain practical exposure to basic electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance, construction administration, records management, and workplace compliance β building a solid, nationally recognised qualification and real workplace track record simultaneously.

Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (minimum)
South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35 years
Currently unemployed
Interest in the construction, building maintenance, or facilities management sector
Basic computer literacy advantageous
No prior formal work experience required
