Requirements
Students studying toward a CA(SA) degree at a SAICA-accredited institute.
Currently in the second, third, or final year of study.
Achieved a minimum academic average of 65%.
Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident.
Must reside in the area of the chosen office for the program's duration, as accommodation and transport costs are not covered.
Demonstrate qualities of an authentic and inclusive leader, including inspiring others, empowering colleagues, evolving personally, championing quality and integrity, building a business mindset, and delivering collaborative client experiences.
