Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential strategic partners across various sectors.
Identify and profile key decision-makers within target organisations, building a comprehensive database of prospects.
Develop and maintain strong prospect pipelines, ensuring a consistent flow of potential partnership opportunities.
Craft compelling and personalised outreach messages, presentations, and proposals to engage potential partners effectively.
Support the business development team in preparing for and conducting meetings with prospective partners, including agenda preparation and follow-up.
Track and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring all interactions and progress are accurately recorded.
Assist in the analysis of potential opportunities, evaluating their alignment with ALX Africa's strategic goals and impact objectives.
Contribute to the development and execution of strategies aimed at supporting revenue-generating initiatives and expanding the organisation's ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and programme development, to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership engagement.
Provide administrative support to the business development department as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
