CSG is seeking a Benefits Analyst Graduate to join their dynamic team in South Africa.
This 12-month Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain hands-on experience in the administration and compliance of global employee benefits programs. Reporting to the Global Benefits Analyst, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of CSG’s health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence, and well-being initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for human resources and employee experience. The position is hybrid, with opportunities based in Centurion and Cape Town offices, offering a blend of remote and in-office work.
The Benefits Analyst Graduate will be instrumental in maintaining data integrity across various internal and external systems through routine audits and reconciliations, as well as managing benefit funding processes. A key aspect of the role involves ensuring adherence to plan documents and governmental regulations. This includes supporting global compliance tasks such as internal and external audits, required filings, participant notices, disclosures, testing, and reporting. The graduate will also contribute to enhancing the employee benefits experience by providing excellent customer service, resolving escalated issues, and supporting the delivery of benefits education through presentations and written communications. Staying informed about the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in employee benefits is essential. Furthermore, the role involves providing support for vendor implementations, special projects, and integration activities related to business changes or acquisitions, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day administration and compliance of CSG’s global health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence, and well-being programs.
Maintain data integrity between internal and external systems through routine audits and reconciliations.
Manage benefit funding processes.
Ensure compliance with plan documents and governmental regulations.
Coordinate and support global compliance-related tasks, including audits, filings, notices, disclosures, testing, and reporting.
Enhance the employee benefits experience by providing excellent customer service and resolving participant issues.
Support the delivery of benefits education opportunities through presentations and written communications.
Research and stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in employee benefits.
Provide support for vendor implementations, special projects, and integration activities.
Identify and recommend areas for process improvement and automation.
Elevate the employee benefits experience by delivering excellent service and coordinating global well-being initiatives and educational sessions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in English in a professional business environment
