Job Description
Experian is offering a dynamic Analytics Graduate Internship opportunity for 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa. This program is designed for ambitious individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in developing and delivering quality analytics products and services. The intern will play a crucial role in managing the full product lifecycle of Experian’s analytics offerings, including consumer and commercial scores, attributes, platforms, software, and custom solutions. This role provides exposure to professional and transparent advice and support to clients, ensuring the integrity, customer experience, commercial accuracy, and operational efficiency of Experian's products.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in client product interactions (technical and non-technical), including product meetings and emails, explaining attributes and score interpretation.
Support the migration and onboarding of clients to new products and services.
Recommend attributes aligned to client policy rules.
Maintain the Product Knowledge shared page, including collateral, list of online attributes, and FAQs.
Ensure specification hygiene by maintaining client-facing documentation to represent the latest available offerings and removing outdated product options.
Conduct monthly auditing of client product selection and usage, suggesting alterations and corrections to better suit client needs and market demands.
Manage the Salesforce CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) module, including logging requests, pricing updates, monitoring ticket movement, and testing completed tasks.
Perform batch governance by auditing Analytics products used in batch, replacing legacy products, and suggesting better-suited alternatives.
Recommend process changes to improve delivery time, accuracy, compliance standards, and client satisfaction.
Participate in commercial readiness activities, assisting in the creation of proposals for internal and client sharing.
Assist the Product Manager with future product designs, implementations, and Go-to-Market activities.
