Who Should Apply
This bursary is designed for both undergraduate and postgraduate students who are financially deserving and academically sound. Undergraduate applicants must be on track to complete their first year and require funding from their second year onwards, while postgraduate applicants must be registered for full-time studies at a public South African institution. Fields of study include Agriculture, Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Science (Actuarial, Analytics, Business, Computer, Data, Information), Statistics, Technology (Financial, Information), and Behavioural Economics (Economics, Behavioural Finance, Sociology, Psychology, Neuroscience). A minimum academic average of 65% is required.

The following documents will have to be uploaded: Certified copy of ID, Proof of all academic results to date (Gr 12 certificate and full tertiary academic record), and Proof of combined household income.

Requirements
Applicants must have achieved an average of 65% and above in the latest examinations.
Applicants must be registered for full-time undergraduate or postgraduate studies at a public South African institution.
Undergraduate applicants must be on track to successfully complete their 1st year and require funding from their 2nd year of studies onwards.
Postgraduate applicants must be pursuing postgraduate studies up to Master’s level.
Applicants will be required to participate in a formal assessment process including but not limited to Psychometric evaluation and an interview.
Financial need is considered in applications.
Applicants must be well-rounded with strong academic results.
