Requirements
Only South African citizens will be considered.

Applicants in possession of a National Senior Certificate: Must have obtained at least 60% in all their subjects with a minimum of 70% in Mathematics (not Maths Literacy) and 70% in English FAL or 65% in English HL.
First-year university students: Must have averaged above 60% in the first semester examination.
First-year STEM degree students: Must have obtained a minimum of 60% in each subject in the first semester examination.
Bursaries are only available to applicants currently in Grade 12 (or taking a gap year after Gr 12) or in their first year of university.

No bursaries are available for private tertiary institutions.
