• Grade 11 and Matric results, if currently in Matric
• Matric certificate, if Matric has already been completed
• Latest academic transcript or academic record on official institutional letterhead or bearing the institution's logo, if already studying at tertiary level

The first four listed documents must be submitted as certified copies.
