Youth Internship Programme - ICG Medical

ICG Medical is seeking proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join their thriving team in Cape Town for a 12-month Youth Internship Programme. This role offers hands-on experience within a fast-paced global healthcare recruitment business, supporting recruitment professionals, business development consultants, and booking consultants across UK or US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source talent to meet client needs.

• Perform data entry, document management, and update internal databases.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure information confidentiality.

• Collaborate professionally with team members across departments and regions.

• Assist with internal reporting and performance tracking.

• Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed by management.

• Education: Must have recently completed a Certified Diploma or Degree in a professional sector, such as:

  • Business Administration

  • IT (Information Technology)

  • Finance

  • Customer Service / Sales

  • Health Sciences

• Availability: Must be available to start the programme in March 2026.

• Assessments: Must be available to attend assessments in February 2026.

• Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (will be tested).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
