The internship focuses on delivering efficient PC and user support, encompassing user account administration, mail management, and the coordination of computer equipment repairs and servicing. Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote end-user support for all applications and printers.
Deliver comprehensive PC support, including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Coordinate the repair and servicing of computer equipment and manage software maintenance.
Create and maintain essential documentation and perform administrative tasks.
Ensure virtual and physical security protocols are adhered to.
Uphold Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) responsibilities.

Requirements
National Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Systems or a related field.
Strong technical skills in Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Network, Security, and Printers.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling.
Ability to multitask, a can-do attitude, flexibility, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, customer focus, and teamwork with the ability to work autonomously.
Experience working within a Managed Services and 3rd party Cloud Solution environment is highly regarded.
Valid driver’s licence.
