This programme is designed for TVET/FET College graduates who require practical exposure to complete their qualifications. Interns will gain valuable industry experience in fields such as Human Resources, Finance, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Operations, Engineering, and Transport/Logistics. This is a fixed-term contract of 18 months, providing a solid foundation for a career in the energy sector.

Requirements
Completed a relevant FET/TVET College qualification in Human Resources, Finance, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Operations, Engineering, or Transport/Logistics.
Require 18 months of practical workplace experience (P1/P2 or Work Integrated Learning).
Currently unemployed.
South African citizen.
Aged between 18 β 35 years (if applicable to the programme).
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the workplace.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
Ability to work well in a team.
Attention to detail.
Self-motivated and committed to completing the programme.
