The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support across key HR areas, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Provide first-time service completion for administration delivery, ensuring a superior service experience.
Process all relevant administration across HR functions, including Employee Relations support.
Assist with administrative tasks in Talent Acquisition, Capability, Development, Leadership, Performance, and Transformation.
Offer general administrative support across HR functions such as Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, Well-being, Reward, and Benefits.
Perform validation and compliance checks for HR Connect Workflows.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for HR processes.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirements
Relevant HR qualification β Degree or National Diploma.
Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Excellent administration skills, capable of handling volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
