Job Description
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) β South Africa's market conduct regulator for financial institutions, responsible for protecting financial customers and ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and fairness of South Africa's financial markets β is inviting Grade 12 matriculants to apply for its Wealth Management Learnership Programme 2026.
The FSCA regulates and supervises financial institutions including banks, insurers, retirement funds, collective investment schemes, and financial advisory and intermediary services under key pieces of legislation including the Financial Sector Regulation Act, the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, and the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act.

What Learners Will Do

Requirements
South African citizen with a valid South African Identity Document (certified copy required)
Completed Grade 12 / Matric (certified copy required)
Currently unemployed
Has not previously participated in any learnership programme
Strong interest in the financial services sector
Basic computer literacy (advantageous)
Good written and verbal communication skills (advantageous)
