The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) — South Africa's market conduct regulator for financial institutions, responsible for protecting financial customers and ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and fairness of South Africa's financial markets — is inviting Grade 12 matriculants to apply for its Wealth Management Learnership Programme 2026.

What Learners Will Do

• Receive formal, structured training in wealth management and financial services principles

• Be assigned to relevant FSCA business units for hands-on workplace exposure and practical learning

• Be supported throughout the programme by experienced mentors and supervisors

• Participate in competency-based learning interventions designed to build job-ready skills progressively

• Develop an understanding of financial regulation, client advisory services, and the broader financial services landscape

• South African citizen with a valid South African Identity Document (certified copy required)

• Completed Grade 12 / Matric (certified copy required)

• Currently unemployed

• Has not previously participated in any learnership programme

• Strong interest in the financial services sector

• Basic computer literacy (advantageous)

• Good written and verbal communication skills (advantageous)
