This programme offers young Finance and Marketing graduates meaningful, hands-on exposure to financial advice, the Discovery business model, and client engagement — supported by mentorship from experienced Discovery advisers and a clear long-term career growth pathway within one of Africa's most exciting and recognised financial services brands.

⚠️ This opportunity is open exclusively to unemployed young people currently based in Johannesburg or Tshwane (Pretoria). Candidates who have previously participated in any internship or learnership are not eligible.

• Age: 18 to 30 years

• Completed National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field

• Currently unemployed (must be unemployed at the start of the programme on 1 May 2026)

• Has not previously participated in any internship or learnership programme

• Based in Johannesburg or Tshwane (Pretoria) (local candidates only)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confident, professional, and client-focused

• Resilient and driven with a genuine willingness to learn

• Commercially curious with entrepreneurial potential
