This 12-month work-based learning program is designed to equip participants with theoretical knowledge and practical experience, leading to an Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor NQF Level 5. Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in classroom sessions and on-the-job training, aligning tasks with learnership requirements.
Develop a thorough understanding of Momentum Health's products, policies, and procedures.
Compile a comprehensive portfolio of evidence for submission to SETA.
Maintain detailed logbooks for work-based learning experiences.
Successfully complete formative and summative assessments.
Utilise company systems and grasp operational processes efficiently.
Foster and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Adhere to service level agreements and manage client expectations.
Provide recommendations for enhancing client service and ensuring fair treatment.
Monitor and enhance turnaround times and quality standards.
Manage client queries efficiently and effectively.
Build strong relationships and foster positive expectations among colleagues.
Continuously enhance expertise in industry-specific knowledge.
Positively influence and support change initiatives.
Encourage a culture of innovation and actively develop new ideas.

Requirements
Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
Passed Mathematics with 40% or Mathematical Literacy with minimum 60%.
Passed English and another South African language with a minimum of 50%.
Computer Literacy is an advantage.
Unemployed and can commit to a 12-month programme.

South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 30 years.
Available from 01 June 2026 to 31 May 2027.
Able to commute to the workplace on your own.
Must not be studying (part-time or full-time) at a tertiary level during the duration of the Learnership.
Must not have completed the same Learnership previously.
